Montana High School Basketball - Belt can't hold off Simms

The Simms Tigers basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Belt Huskies to 41 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Augusta for a C District 10 contest on Friday, February 2. Simms will battle a Elks team coming off a 46-34 league win over Dutton-Brady (Dutton, MT). The Elks record now stands at 3-3.
The Huskies (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine (Denton, MT). The enter the C District 8 contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine nudged Centerville (Sand Coulee, MT), 64-30, in a league contest.
