In Thursday's league outing, the Benson Tech Techmen (Portland, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wells Guardians (Portland, OR), by a margin of 74-40.

The Techmen (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against McDaniel (Portland, OR). The Mountain Lions go into the 6A Portland outing with a 2-13 record. In their last outing, McDaniel was trounced by Jefferson (Portland, OR), 66-15, in a league outing.

The Guardians now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Roosevelt for a 6A Portland outing on Friday, February 2. Wells will clash with a Roughriders squad coming off a 68-29 league loss to Franklin (Portland, OR). The Roughriders record now stands at 4-13.
