The Toledo Christian Eagles basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Cardinal Stritch Cardinals to 21 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lutheran East for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Toledo Christian will battle a Falcons team coming off a 55-45 non-league win over Trinity (Garfield Heights, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 11-7.
The Cardinals (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Monclova Christian Academy (Monclova, OH). The Thunder enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Monclova Christian Academy was routed by Woodward (Toledo, OH), 30-14, in a non-league contest.
