Carney-Nadeau Wolves (Carney, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Rapid River Rockets (Rapid River, MI), 64-12 in a league bout.

With the win, Carney-Nadeau upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Wolves travel to North Central (Powers, MI) to clash with the Jets in a Skyline bout on Monday, February 5. The Jets go into the bout with a record of 1-12. North Central lost 55-32 in their recent non-league bout against Norway (Norway, MI)

Next up, the Rockets clash with the Big Bay de Noc Black Bears (Cooks, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Rapid River will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record.
