The Cherry Hill East Cougars basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Rancocas Valley Red Devils to 47 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maple Shade for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Cherry Hill East will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 54-27 non-league loss to Pennsauken (Pennsauken, NJ). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-4.

The Red Devils (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling (Somerdale, NJ). The Silver Knights come into the non-league contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Sterling was nudged by Woodbury (Woodbury, NJ), 66-52, in a league contest.
