With the victory, New Providence upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Scotch Plains-Fanwood lost 56-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Oak Knoll (Summit, NJ)

Next up, the Cougars play the South Plainfield Tigers (South Plainfield, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Cranford will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 41-39 non-league loss to Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ).
