The Crofton Warriors (Crofton, NE) basketball knocked off the host Pierce Bluejays (Pierce, NE), 44-34 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Warriors (17-0) will now prepare for their test against Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family (Humphrey, NE). The go into the non-league test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family went down by West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE), 47-42, in a non-league test.

The Bluejays now own a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Battle Creek for a C1 District 8 test on Saturday, February 3. Pierce will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 44-34 non-league loss to Guardian Angels Central Catholic (West Point, NE). The Braves record now stands at 14-4.
