The Livingston Academy Wildcats topped the visiting DeKalb County Tigers basketball team by a final score of 56-44 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Stone Memorial Panthers (Crossville, TN) in a 3A District 7 game, on Friday, February 2. Livingston Academy will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 6-11 record after their 73-56 league loss to White County (Sparta, TN).

With the defeat, DeKalb County moves to 9-14 on the year. The Tigers host Upperman (Baxter, TN) to clash with the Bees in a 3A District 7 outing on Friday, February 2. The Bees go into the outing with a record of 21-3. Upperman won 38-31 in their recent league outing against Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN)
