Maryland High School Basketball - DuVal topples Northwestern

February 1, 2024: Hyattsville, MD 20782

In Thursday's league outing, the DuVal Tigers (Lanham, MD) basketball squad beat the host Northwestern Wildcats (Hyattsville, MD), by a count of 49-41.

The Tigers (6-9) will now prepare for their outing against Annapolis (Annapolis, MD). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 9-4 record.

The Wildcats now hold a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Fairmont Heights for a non-league outing on Monday, February 5. Northwestern will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 45-24 league win over Crossland (Temple Hills, MD). The Hornets record now stands at 4-10.
