The Fall River Pirates basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Rio Vikings to 42 in the Pirates league victory on Thursday.
The Pirates now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Princeton/Green Lake for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Fall River will battle a Tigers team coming off a 49-47 non-league win over Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah (Elkhart Lake, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 8-11.
The Vikings (5-16) will now prepare for their contest against Hustisford (Hustisford, WI). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 0-17 record. In their last contest, Hustisford was routed by Oakfield (Oakfield, WI), 61-6, in a league contest.
