With the win, Freedom Prep Academy upgrades its record to 1-17 on the season. The Eagles travel to Wasatch Academy (Mt. Pleasant, UT) to clash with the Tigers in a 2A Region 16 bout on Thursday, February 8. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-8.

Next up, the Thunderbirds clash with the Wasatch Academy Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, UT) in a 2A Region 16 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Utah Military Academy - Hill Field will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 50-13 league loss to Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams (Lehi, UT).
