The Lutheran Northwest Crusaders basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Inter-City Baptist Chargers to 37 in the Crusaders league triumph on Thursday.

The Crusaders now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southfield Christian for a Michigan Independent - Blue contest on Tuesday, February 6. Lutheran Northwest will meet a Eagles team coming off a 46-26 league loss to Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 2-11.

The Chargers (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI). The Lancers enter the Michigan Independent - Red contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Oakland Christian nudged Whitmore Lake (Whitmore Lake, MI), 23-17, in a non-league contest.
