The Liberty Eagles (Lake St. Louis, MO) basketball knocked off the host Winfield Warriors (Winfield, MO), 50-42 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Eagles (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Seckman (Imperial, MO). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Seckman went down by Parkway Central (Chesterfield, MO), 55-52, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to Louisiana for a non-league outing on Monday, February 5. Winfield will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 53-36 league win over Wellsville-Middletown (Wellsville, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-10.
