Montana High School Basketball - Lincoln County nudges St. Ignatius

Lincoln County Lions (Eureka, MT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting St. Ignatius Bulldogs (St. Ignatius, MT), 64-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Lincoln County upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Lions travel to Thompson Falls (Thompson Falls, MT) to clash with the Blue Hawks in a B District 7 bout on Saturday, February 3. The Blue Hawks go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Thompson Falls won 51-25 in their recent league bout against Plains (Plains, MT)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Troy Trojans (Troy, MT) in a B District 7 bout, on Friday, February 2. St. Ignatius will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 0-7 record after their 81-14 league loss to Lincoln County (Eureka, MT).
