With the victory, St. Bede improves its record to 22-7 on the campaign. The Bruins host Putnam County (Granville, IL) to play the Panthers in a Tri-County challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 19-9. Putnam County won 46-28 in their recent league challenge against Henry-Senachwine (Henry, IL)

Next up, the Timberwolves play the LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers (LaSalle, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Midland will attempt to improve on its 17-9 season record. The Cavaliers come into the test with a 12-14 record after their 46-29 league loss to Sycamore (Sycamore, IL).
