The Riverside Panthers basketball team (Ellwood City, PA), was overwhelmed 59-20 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA)
The Lancers now possess a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beaver Falls for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 8.
The Panthers (4-12) will now prepare for their battle against Aliquippa (Aliquippa, PA). The Quips come into the non-league battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Aliquippa trounced Rochester (Rochester, PA), 42-39, in a league battle.
