The Pewaukee Pirates basketball team scored 65 points and held the host New Berlin Eisenhower Lions to 29 in the Pirates league triumph on Thursday.

The Pirates now sport a 19-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pius XI Catholic for a Woodland - West contest on Tuesday, February 6. Pewaukee will meet a Popes team coming off a 71-46 non-league win over Whitnall (Greenfield, WI). The Popes record now stands at 14-6.

The Lions (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against New Berlin West (New Berlin, WI). The Vikings enter the Woodland - West contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, New Berlin West triumphed over Vel Phillips Memorial (Madison, WI), 67-63, in a non-league contest.
