With the victory, Quemado improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Animas (Animas, NM) to play the Panthers in a A District 2 challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Animas lost 41-39 in their recent league challenge against Magdalena (Magdalena, NM)

Next up, the Mountaineers play the Mesilla Valley Christian School SonBlazers (Las Cruces, NM) in a A District 2 challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Reserve will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The SonBlazers come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 45-33 league loss to Cliff (Cliff, NM).
