Oregon High School Basketball - Willamina thwarts Regis

The Willamina Bulldogs (Willamina, OR) basketball beat the visiting Regis Rams (Stayton, OR), 52-39 in Thursday's league outing.

The Bulldogs (15-6) will now prepare for their outing against Salem Academy (Salem, OR). The Crusaders go into the 2A Tri-River outing with a 5-14 record. In their last outing, Salem Academy was topped by Colton (Colton, OR), 39-36, in a league outing.

The Rams now hold a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Santiam for a 2A Tri-River outing on Friday, February 2. Regis will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 76-20 league loss to Western Christian (Salem, OR). The Wolverines record now stands at 11-9.
