Maryland High School Basketball - Southern Maryland Christian Academy ripped by Takoma Academy

The Takoma Academy Tigers basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Southern Maryland Christian Academy Mustangs to 23 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shenandoah Valley Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Takoma Academy will battle a Stars team coming off a 49-12 non-league loss to Mountain View Christian Academy (Winchester, VA). The Stars record now stands at 0-6.
The Mustangs (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfax HomeSchool (Fairfax, VA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Fairfax HomeSchool was routed by Frederick Warriors (Frederick, MD), 45-38, in a non-league contest.
