The Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres (Easton, MD) basketball crushed the visiting The Gunston School Herons (Centreville, MD), 54-19 in Thursday's league test.
The Sabres (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE). The Royals go into the Eastern Shore test with a 15-1 record. In their last test, Delmarva Christian walloped Salisbury Christian (Salisbury, MD), 61-10, in a league test.
The Herons now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Salisbury for a Eastern Shore test on Monday, February 5. The Gunston School will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD). The Dragons record now stands at 1-17.
