The West Allegheny Indians basketball team (Imperial, PA), was nudged 44-37 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA)

The Hillers now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Albert Gallatin for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 3. Trinity will battle a Colonials team coming off a 60-41 league loss to Greater Latrobe (Latrobe, PA). The Colonials record now stands at 3-15.

The Indians (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Tigers come into the WPIAL 5A 4 battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Moon Area edged Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA), 66-53, in a league battle.
