The Lakeville South Cougars ice hockey squad scored 1 points and restricted the visiting Eastview Lightning to 0 in the Cougars league victory on Thursday.

With the victory, Lakeville South moves its record to 14-2 on the campaign.

The Lightning now sport a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Apple Valley for a South Suburban contest on Wednesday, February 7. Eastview will face a Eagles squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Eagan (Eagan, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.
