Virginia High School Basketball - Centreville can't hold off South Lakes

The South Lakes Seahawks basketball team scored 30 points and restricted the host Centreville Wildcats to 27 in the Seahawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Seahawks now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. South Lakes will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 46-32 non-league loss to James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-6.
The Wildcats (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Chantilly (Chantilly, VA). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Chantilly edged Oakton (Vienna, VA), 37-31, in a non-league contest.
