In Thursday's non-league outing, the Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA), by a count of 32-26.
The Black Knights (17-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Flying Flucos go into the non-league outing with a 2-10 record.
The Warriors now hold a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Nelson County for a non-league outing on Monday, February 5. Western Albemarle will clash with a Governors squad coming off a 35-7 non-league loss to Dan River (Ringgold, VA). The Governors record now stands at 4-9.
