In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Jeffers Jets (Painesdale, MI) ice hockey team the host Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI), by a margin of 4-0.
The Jets now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kingsford for a Lake Superior challenge on Tuesday, February 6. Jeffers will clash with a Flivvers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Negaunee (Negaunee, MI). The Flivvers record now stands at 4-13.
