The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Detroit Lakes lost 4-0 in their recent non-league bout against St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN)

The Bears now have a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Crookston for a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. Lake of the Woods will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over International Falls (International Falls, MN). The Pirates record now stands at 10-7.
