Southside Tigers (Greenville, SC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC), 50-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southside upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC) to clash with the Devildogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Devildogs go into the bout with a record of 4-14. Travelers Rest lost 44-15 in their recent non-league bout against Legacy Early College (Greenville, SC)

Next up, the Bears clash with the Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) in a bout, on Monday, February 5. Belton-Honea Path will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 75-28 league win over Powdersville (Greenville, SC).
