Pineville Mountain Lions (Pineville, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Harlan Green Dragons (Harlan, KY), 53-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pineville upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mountain Lions travel to Harlan County (Harlan, KY) to play the Black Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Black Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Green Dragons play the Knox Central Panthers (Barbourville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Harlan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
