Alabama High School Basketball - Jefferson Christian Academy holds off Appalachian

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Jefferson Christian Academy Eagles basketball team scored a close 57-55 triumph over the Appalachian Eagles.
The Eagles (14-18) will now prepare for their contest against Coosa Christian (Gadsden, AL). The Conquerors go into the non-league contest with a 19-7 record. In their last contest, Coosa Christian nipped Victory Christian (Pell City, AL), 76-51, in a non-league contest.
