The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Battle Creek Braves (Battle Creek, NE) and the visiting Crofton Warriors (Crofton, NE), observed Battle Creek's basketball team overwhelm Crofton by a score of 83-49.

The Braves (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Ponca (Ponca, NE). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 13-5 record. In their last challenge, Ponca trounced Wynot (Wynot, NE), 48-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Wausa Vikings (Wausa, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 14. Crofton will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record.
