Washington High School Basketball - Lincoln holds off Bellarmine Prep

The Lincoln Abes basketball squad scored 57 points and held the visiting Bellarmine Prep Lions to 53 in the Abes league victory on Saturday.

With the victory, Lincoln advances its record to 18-3 on the year. The Abes host River Ridge (Lacey, WA) to face the Hawks in a 3A Puget Sound match on Tuesday, February 4. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 13-8. River Ridge lost 68-64 in their recent league match against North Thurston (Lacey, WA)

The Lions now own a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Thurston for a 3A Puget Sound match on Tuesday, February 4. Bellarmine Prep will face a Rams squad coming off a 68-64 league win over River Ridge (Lacey, WA). The Rams record now stands at 11-10.
