Colorado High School Basketball - Gunnison holds off Cedaredge

The Gunnison Cowboys basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Cedaredge Bruins to 55 in the Cowboys league triumph on Saturday.
The Cowboys now have a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Meeker for a 3A Western Slope game on Friday, February 7. Gunnison will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 61-55 league loss to Grand Valley (Parachute, CO). The Cowboys record now stands at 3-12.
With the loss, Cedaredge falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to North Fork (Hotchkiss, CO) to confront the Miners in a 3A Western Slope game on Friday, February 7. The Miners go into the game with a record of 7-8. North Fork lost 50-34 in their recent league game against Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO)
