The The King's Academy Knights basketball team scored 86 points and limited the visiting Cherokee Christian Warriors to 54 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now have a 18-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fulton Science Academy for a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 1 game on Tuesday, February 4. The King's Academy will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 50-41 non-league win over Atlanta Jewish Academy (Atlanta, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-11.

With the loss, Cherokee Christian falls to 6-14 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA) to confront the Paladins in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Paladins go into the game with a record of 12-5. Pinecrest Academy lost 61-54 in their recent league game against Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA)
