The Chester-Joplin-Inverness Hawks were victorious over the visiting Shelby Coyotes basketball squad by a final score of 57-38 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Hawks clash with the Fort Benton Longhorns (Fort Benton, MT) in a C District 9 outing, on Friday, February 7. Chester-Joplin-Inverness will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Longhorns enter the outing with a 10-3 record after their 67-42 league win over North Star (Rudyard, MT).
