The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Poland Seminary Bulldogs (Poland, OH) and the visiting Hubbard Eagles (Hubbard, OH), observed Poland Seminary's basketball team overcome Hubbard by a margin of 51-39.

The Bulldogs (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against South Range (Canfield, OH). The Raiders come into the Northeast 8 challenge with a 14-2 record. In their last challenge, South Range defeated Hubbard (Hubbard, OH), 66-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Beaver Local Beavers (Lisbon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Hubbard will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record. The Beavers come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 67-64 non-league loss to Salem (Salem, OH).
