In Saturday's league contest, the host Seaford Bluejays basketball team scored a big 71-15 triumph over the Indian River Indians.
The Bluejays (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE). The Raiders go into the Henlopen - Southern contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Woodbridge smashed Polytech (Woodside, DE), 69-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE) in a Henlopen - Southern contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Indian River will attempt to better on its 1-14 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 8-7 record after their 57-49 non-league loss to Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE).
