Nebraska High School Basketball - Omaha Nation holds off Lower Brule

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Omaha Nation Chiefs basketball team scored a close 72-66 triumph over the Lower Brule Sioux.
The Chiefs (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against Omaha Christian Academy (Omaha, NE). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Omaha Christian Academy was tipped by Heartland Christian (Council Bluffs, IA), 54-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Sioux confront the Crow Creek Chieftains (Stephan, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Lower Brule will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Chieftains go into the contest with a 5-11 record after their 88-66 non-league loss to Dupree (Dupree, SD).
