The Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) basketball edged the visiting Coal Ridge Titans (New Castle, CO), 39-32 in Saturday's league bout.
The Sailors now possess a 1-1 record.
With the loss, Coal Ridge falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Titans host Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 3. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Grand Junction won 48-45 in their recent non-league bout against Palisade (Palisade, CO)
