New Mexico High School Basketball - Cliff victorious over Reserve

In Saturday's league contest, the host Cliff Cowboys/Cowgirls basketball team scored a good 45-34 triumph over the Reserve Mountaineers.
The Cowboys/Cowgirls (14-1) will now prepare for their contest against Animas (Animas, NM). The Panthers go into the A District 2 contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Animas was toppled by Quemado (Quemado, NM), 38-27, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mountaineers confront the Magdalena Steers (Magdalena, NM) in a A District 2 contest, on Thursday, February 6. Reserve will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Steers go into the contest with a 16-5 record after their 47-37 league loss to Quemado (Quemado, NM).
