The Crane Mustangs (Crane, OR) basketball crushed the host Prairie City Panthers (Prairie City, OR), 59-31 in Saturday's league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 22-3 record. They play next when they travel to Stanfield for a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. Crane will play a Tigers team coming off a 34-29 league win over Weston-McEwen (Athena, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 17-5.
With the loss, Prairie City falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Panthers host Huntington (Huntington, OR) to play the Locomotives in a 1A High Desert bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Locomotives go into the bout with a record of 4-9.
