Washington High School Basketball - Davis defeats West Valley

The Davis Pirates (Yakima, WA) basketball were winner over the host West Valley Rams (Yakima, WA), 62-45 in Saturday's league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 16-2 record. They play next when they travel to Moses Lake for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 bout on Saturday, February 8. Davis will play a Mavericks team coming off a 58-38 league loss to Eisenhower (Yakima, WA). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-11.
With the loss, West Valley falls to 11-6 on the campaign. The Rams host Sunnyside (Sunnyside, WA) to play the Grizzlies in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 bout on Friday, February 7. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Sunnyside won 70-52 in their recent league bout against Wenatchee (Wenatchee, WA)
