The Presque Isle Wildcats (Presque Isle, ME) basketball were winner over the host Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME), 40-31 in Saturday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Caribou for a B North bout on Tuesday, February 4. Presque Isle will play a Vikings team coming off a 36-34 league win over Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 15-1.

With the loss, Foxcroft Academy falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Ponies travel to Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME) to play the Trojans in a B North bout on Monday, February 3. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 10-7.
