The Sheridan Generals ran past the visiting Tri-Valley Scotties basketball team by a margin of 44-30 in Saturday's league contest.

The Generals (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Crooksville (Crooksville, OH). The Ceramics go into the Muskingum Valley contest with a 6-14 record. In their last contest, Crooksville was topped by West Muskingum (Zanesville, OH), 65-38, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Scotties battle the Coshocton Redskins (Coshocton, OH) in a Muskingum Valley contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Tri-Valley will attempt to better on its 17-3 season record.
