The Western Reserve Roughriders basketball team scored 39 points and limited the host St. Paul Flyers to 27 in the Roughriders league triumph on Saturday.

The Roughriders now have a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Seneca East for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Western Reserve will confront a Tigers team coming off a 47-29 non-league loss to Colonel Crawford (North Robinson, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 13-6.

With the loss, St. Paul falls to 2-18 on the campaign. The Flyers travel to Crestview (Ashland, OH) to confront the Cougars in a Firelands game on Tuesday, February 4. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 10-8. Crestview won 34-26 in their recent league game against Plymouth (Plymouth, OH)
