Ohio High School Basketball - Westlake overwhelms Valley Forge

February 1, 2025: Westlake, OH 44145

The Westlake Demons basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Valley Forge Patriots to 18 in the Demons league triumph on Saturday.

The Demons now have a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Normandy for a Cleveland West game on Monday, February 3. Westlake will confront a Invaders team coming off a 46-41 league win over Lakewood (Lakewood, OH). The Invaders record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Valley Forge falls to 0-17 on the campaign. The Patriots host North Royalton (North Royalton, OH) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Bears go into the game with a record of 1-16. North Royalton lost 57-37 in their recent non-league game against Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH)
