In Saturday's league outing, the visiting Marshall Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Arroyo Knights.

The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against El Monte (El Monte, CA). The Lions go into the Mission Valley outing with a 2-11 record. In their last outing, El Monte by Mountain View (El Monte, CA), 4-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Knights confront the South El Monte Eagles (South El Monte, CA) in a Mission Valley outing, on Monday, February 3. Arroyo will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 10-6 record after their 4-1 league loss to Marshall (Pasadena, CA).
