The Lakeville South Cougars bounced the visiting Eagan Wildcats ice hockey squad by a tally of 8-3 in Saturday's league match.
Next, the Cougars clash with the Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN) in a South Suburban match, on Tuesday, February 4. Lakeville South will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Lightning enter the match with a 8-11 record after their 10-2 non-league loss to Park (Cottage Grove, MN).
The Wildcats (1-17) will now prepare for their match against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Jaguars enter the South Suburban match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Jefferson held off Chaska (Chaska, MN), 3-1, in a non-league match.
