The Wahkiakum Mules basketball team scored 37 points and limited the visiting Willapa Valley Vikings to 36 in the Mules non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mules now possess a 14-3 record. They play next when they host Auburn Adventist for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Wahkiakum will confront a Falcons team coming off a 57-25 non-league win over Puget Sound Adventist (Kirkland, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Willapa Valley falls to 11-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA) to confront the Elks in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Elks go into the game with a record of 1-8. Lake Quinault lost 65-39 in their recent non-league game against Naselle (Naselle, WA)
