The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 6-13. Carrizozo won 34-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Cloudcroft (Cloudcroft, NM)

Next up, the Eagles play the Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM) in a A District 3 challenge, on Saturday, February 12. Hondo Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 58-38 league win over Corona (Corona, NM).
